| Description | We are an all volunteer not-for-profit organization dedicated to finding new homes for German Shepherd Dogs in Northeastern Illinois (Chicago area). Our dogs come from homes that can no longer keep them, from shelters and as strays. Most dogs remain in their original homes or foster homes until adopted. All dogs are evaluated for temperament and health before being matched with their new companions. There are modest fees for placing a dog with us and for adoption to help cover our costs. We routinely handle dogs from puppies up to 8 years old and older dogs on a case-by-case basis. |
