| Description |
GSDRSTL rescues animals, including but not
limited to German Shepherd dogs. Pure and mix breeds of many shapes and
sizes are available for adoption. GSDRSTL is an all volunteer, Missouri
non-profit, Missouri tax exempt, IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization
certified by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Animals are rescued from local shelters, in association with those shelters. Shelters include but are not limited to St. Louis City pound, Bellville Area Humane Society, St. Charles Humane Society, etc. Unfortunately, there are so many dogs available they don't all get adopted. Animals may be adopted to people living within 50 miles of Crestwood. This limit allows visits to the home to ensure proper care of the animal can be taken, and has been taken. GSDRSTL reserves the right to refuse adoption for any reason, as well as seek the safe return of any animal adopted from GSDRSTL if not properly cared for after adoption |
